Dear Sir / Madam,
I am onL-1 and wife onL-2 i have following queries
a.) what feilds of job can my wife apply for as she is a graduate of Psychology So i can find her a related company to file for her H-1
b.) Can she be an employee for a jewelry manufacture as we know someone wants to hire her.
c.)She has experience in jewelry as she worked in india for more then a year in a jewelry factory which is more then 3 yrs back before she came here.
d.)Can someone file for my H-1 even if I am not a College Graduate?

As long as you are on L1 and your wife on L2, she can file for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) which allows her to work without restriction. You need to submit an I-765 document which can be done electronically through the USCIS web site.
 
Can some one file for my H-1 if i am not a college graduate?
Converting from B to visa three years back would like to know if i travel to India will i have any difficulties of gettin my passport stamped at U.S cosulate in India to return to U.S
