One month is not uncommon. It could take several months. Your attorney should have a good idea about the average processing time. Otherwise, premium processing could have given you a result in 15 working days.
i've been reading similar posts but i really could not get definite answers. i've read that regular processing takes 'several months'? but this really seems blurred. im sure at some point they have to say either it's approved or denied, right? what's the longest processing you've heard so far? thanks for your replies!
You can check the which date is being processed right now by checking the following link https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp
Select your service center and click Processing dates. YOu can see the processing timings for most of the forms.
For L1 you can see I-129 with your category.
Right now they are processing application with receipt date of 16th Oct for Intra company transfers.
