I understand that I need to be working for a company for a year atleast before I become eligible for L1 visa.
I state a situation where i have been working for 6 months for my company X and this company X got acquired by another company Y. for company y I have been working for 8 months. so my total experience in this way is 1 year and 2 months. Am i eligible to apply for L1 visa? please advise. If possible give me the link to this information on some standard website or US news article.Thanks a lot in advance.
