Kvisa timeline and I-130 timeline.....

Hello everybody! M new here so please bear with me. I just have a few questions regarding the kvisa nd the I-130. Our I-130 has been approved last month, April. Today my husband received the kvisa approval and affidavit of support papers for the I-130 petition. I am wondering why the I-130 seem faster than the kvisa...also i am requesting somebody to please post their timeline so I could determine the months we still have to wait for the issuance of the kvisa specially if you have any experience in the embassy here in the philippines. Thanks!

i am seeing a lot of cases where both the i-130 as well as 129f was filled for a spouse and both being approved at the same time.

is this a trick by USCIS to get both fees from you? cause once both are approved you will have to drop one. and bam goes your fees. lol
