Know anything about Lancesoft?

Does anyone know about Lancesoft Inc based in Virginia?

I recently joined this company on H1B and I would like to know opinions/experiences to decide if I can stay with them for GC.

I would say to look for other options if you have choice. It can place you quickly but the rate will be very low. And the recruiters wont respond the same once you join/transfer. They boast about being a big company with 400+ employees. Anything you ask, the answer is 'We are not a small company that is running in an apartment and so we cannot provide you this and that'. Many competitors are providing better incentives than lancesoft.

Would you mind naming some of those competitors? I would like to know a couple of them who pay pretty good and treat their employees with respect.

I have been working with APEX-2000 based in VA since last 6 years. Never any problems with anything. Working on % basis, + free Life/STD/LTD/IRA.
