Hi ,

please give me a reply ASAP..

I am currently in working in for Company A in L1B Visa . I applied for H1B through Company B and it got approved and my h1 is getting effective from 1st Oct 2007. Meanwhile another Company C is offering me a better offer and he told that he would do a H1B so that i can start working for him from Oct 1st 2007.

My question here is

1. Is it possible to Transfer my H1 to Company C without even working for Company B who applied my H1.

2. Am i legal to work for Company C if i transfer

3.Will there be any problem in future for my Stamping when i go back to India coz this is my first H1

Kindly Advice.

Best of my knowledge... I have seen this senario with my friend

1. YES
2. YES
3. NO ... make sure that you have couple of paystubs from company c before you travel to India for stamping
