I have a H1-B valid till 2005 and My wife has a EAD valid for 1 year and an Advanced Parole doc which is valid till July of this year.

Apart from Passports, EAD card , Adavance parole document.
What else needs to be taken


My wife has used her AP once and it is stamped already by INS .
Can the same AP document be used . WE got 2 AP documents from INS out of whic one is stamped.

Kindly suggest a checklist of docs which one should carry for H1-B and for EAD with AP .

I guess you're fine until you want to get a H1B stamp on your passport. I feel , AP can be used any number of times till it expires.

Other than this, I am not sure if there is anything else you'll require.

Also carry original 1-485 receipt notice. This is the advice I got from my lawyer. Incidentally she mailed me my original I-485 receipt for this purpose.
