Question regarding my situation:
My country of birth is a non-retrogressed country. My wife's country of birth is India. When we submitted our I-485 application, we did NOT make any special request for cross-chargeability for my wife(dates were current for India as well). My application has already been approved, while my wife's is still pending. Now, per the Dec visa bulletin, my PD is not current as per her country of birth. Will she be affected by this? My lawyer seems to think that she will not be.
