I am on H1 and I am planning to send my kids to India during their summer break. My H1 extension got approved recently, which means they need to get their visa stamped when they visit to India. Since we(both parents) are not accompanying them on their trip to India, my question would be, can they go for visa stamping in India if any other adult accompanies them ? Is their a need for the kids to go to the embassy for stamping ? What is the process or approach for these kind of cases ?
