Hi,
I am planning to apply for citizen ship for me as well as for my wife. Both my kids (9 and 7) are born in India. They are also completed 5 years on GC.

I read in this forum that the Kids automatically get their citizenship after the parents get the citizenship.

Here is my question

After getting my citizenship, I am planning to move to India to work over there. I am not sure about the duration. I may continue over there.

Will there be any problem for citizenship(for me as well as Kids), If I continue in India??
I am not sure how this works.
Can anybody has idea regarding this???

Thanks in advance

After you get citizenship, you can move anywhere in the world and you and your kids can still keep your citizenship.

But if you move back to India before getting citizenship, your citizenship application can get denied, because you still need to be living in the US during the entire process (with only short visits overseas).
