Kids Approved .......

ND : 09 / 2005
My kids approved last week. and we got cards valid till 2016.
Myself (Asylee) and my wife , did not got anything yet. Still say 850 to 900 days.Whole family applied together. Can I call and ask about that. We gave f.P. Code 3. in sept/2005. but not medical yet. TSC.

why would they send yours to TEXAS .? :confused: MY ND is 08/31/05 .and they left it in Nebraska.is that because of new Fiscal year?

I dont think is about the fiscal year... my ND is 04/2005 and it was transferred from NSC to TSC.
I think is based on the state you live.

There is nothing you can do about it. Same happened to my family, their asylum was granted on 12/2004, they filed their AOS on 12/30/05 (2 adults and 3 little girls), three weeks later everybody did their bio3.
The 3 girls got approved on 01/01/06 (less than 2 months) and we received their GC a week later. The primary asylee and the spouse are still waiting.
I talked to my lawyer and I called TSC and they told me that I have to wait... children usually get approve faster... and the fact that they filed together doesn't mean that they are going to be approve together... TSC told me.
So... just wait... that's all we can do....

I guess asylees cases from District of Columbia are kept in Nebraska.I dont see other reason . :cool:

I think it's something other than what you think. I'm in Texas and mine is in NSC as well. Hovewer, my case is ND 12/15/2001. Ya dumau eto izza religioznih prichin. Po moemu mneniu NSC eto kak "Komitet Glubokogo Bureniya" v bivshem USSR. Oni razdelili vse dela na "trudnie" i "legkie". Moe delo vse eshe tam i poslednee soobshenie ya poluchil v Avguste proshlogo goda. Sure this is just my opinion on this issue, if you spend some time looking at names, origins and approval times you may see something too. Well good luck with your GC man.

i think they devided by state asylum offices . i know a few guys asylees from VA they are still in Nebraska they are ND05.they were not transfered to texas. ND 2001 are different story man.

That's a mistery to me man, I never done any prints since my court hearing in 2000. I just did my medicals in 2001 and an RFI in 08/2005. My FRI was for 325a and medicals I just did my 325a and let them know that my medical stuff was done in 2001. I steh por tishina.

I-485 Recieved by Nebraska ND 12/15/01
LUD 07/26/05
LUD 08/09/05
Never had Bio code 3 or any other Bio for that matter.
Just had very strange letter that stated
"485 Approved in 2003" in10/10/05 that turned out to be wrong.

Have no idea man, I called them and they told me that it was sent to me by mistake, end of story.
Do you work the night shift or something?

i wasnt able to sleep tonight cause i was sleeping all day yesterday :)
