I have being trying to find out the fees required for the DV program for DV 2008 winners in Kenya. the only information I can get from the US Nairobi embassy website is $375 surcharge fee, and $45 for security clearance or something. I cannot seem to get the Medical fees and other fees. Does any one have this information out there please? Also the listed vaccinations do I need to find documents confirming vaccinations or will the doctor conducting the medical administer those that I may have not or all? Also in the case of affidavit for support how does one obtain one and am I too late to get one since Am having an interview early August?

The total is $755 for DV-Lottery.

Medical fees are different in any country, in Germany it is 125 Euro. I dont know about the situation in other countries, but here the panel physican dont give any vaccination shots.

You should update your vaccination records asap. For reference look there http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/iv/vaccinechart.html

For affidavit for support you need a sponsor in the US!

Assuming you do your medicals and also vaccinations at Sarit you can expect to pay anything between KShs 18,400 to KShs 31,150 per person. The cost is determined by your vaccination history , age and sex. The 31k as example is what a girl below 14 would pay and includes HPV vaccine which is one of the most costly of the vaccines in the cocktail.

hi

you've to do your medicals first and then interview will follow. Relax coz you have to wait till march09.

I just recieved the 2nd NL on Sat (6/21) and went to Canada on 6/23 for name check (took 10 mins in Ottawa) and then drove to Montreal on 6/24 for medicals, which cost me $800CDN (for vaccinations & full tests) on both myself & wifey.

Now I am just waiting for the Aug 1st interview date. Mind you, I responded to the 1st NL on 4/28/08. I sat on it for a WHOLE year, and still got an interview date....so this is just proof that you do not have to rush to send the paperwork back to KCC the same week you recieve the 1st NL.

i opened that document from the doctor and it states you should bring a vaccination document. Can they do the vaccination there or which document are they talking about? it also states you should bring the second letter of notifaction and am wondering what if your letter takes too long to get it?
