This is a long story but i will appreciate if anyone can answer the question.
My cousin who is a US citizen petitioned for an immigrant visa for her parents and siblings in 2006. Her parents got the immigrant visa last yr and have since moved to the US(permanent residents). My cousins parents are wanting to cancel prior visa petitions so that they can file for their kids since they are permanent immigrants and their kids will get the visa quicker than as siblings of a US citizen.
My question is, is there anyway that their kids can keep their priority date from 2006 and how can that be done?

------------------what are the prior visa petitions pending or approved? who filed and who are Beneficiaries and who is petitioner and realinship of petitioner with Beneficiaries? what is the country of Birth of Beneficiaries? you need to post in Family based threads.

My question is, is there anyway that their kids can keep their priority date from 2006 and how can that be done?
