KCC unable to confirm receipt of forms

Hi there
I sent my forms 9 weeks ago. I have the signed confirmation from USPS that they were delivered, but KCC keep telling me they are unable to confirm receipt. Should I resend everything via email or just wait it out. My case number is OC000008**, so not overly urgent. i should probably stop worrying but when I see other people who sent forms after me, getting confirmation from KCC, I of course start to panic.

There's really no reason to be getting yourself worked up expecially since you were able to track and confirm the delivery of the package yourself. KCC is probably stretched thin by the overwhelming number of email messages and calls they've had to deal with since the DV2014 results came out. My suggestion would be to wait a couple of weeks more, before following up again, there's no need to resend or email the forms, not unless you're trying to address some errors on the previously sent forms.
