should i just send them e-mail : did you received all my forms ?

You can e-mail them no problem. Just note that the reply they give will be pretty much standard that they give to everyone i.e. "Your forms have been received and are being processed. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and follow the visa bulletin."

I found Green Card Lottery Law on this web site and my question is related to paragraphs b(ii), c and d. It is said that ''Envelopes selected pursuant to paragraph (c) of this section shall be opened and reviewed'' and ''Envelopes not bearing this information ('name and address of the principal applicant') and/or not conforming to the restrictions as to size shall not be processed for consideration''. Since I didn't print my name and address on my envelope, but they are printed on DHL's envelope, I wonder if that's acceptable for further visa processing. Has this happened to anyone?

If your address is indicate in your forms then you have no problem. The key thing is that the address MUST be on your forms because the whole basis of your processing is the forms not the envelopes you send them in.

Hello Mohamed. The receipt of your forms on 19th May will not affect your chances of the 2nd NL. Firstly your case number is very low so you'll have your interview towards the end of the year and also DV2014 won't start until October 1st so relax and prepare your documents early.
