KCC forms receipt confirmation

I'd like to know whether the KCC will confirm receipt of my forms by mail (or somehow else) or do I have to call to make sure that they got it?

u may contact KCC by email to know if they receved ur forms and if they are acceptable for futher proccessing.
U must to write ur complet name, complet case number and ur birth date in following format ( DD/MM/YYYY)

I think you made a mistake reg. the date format, it must be MM/DD/YYYY.

Is the barcode that important for processing the case? because since the website is down, nowhere to print the barcode
