KCC Confirmation receipt of forms

Hi all,

One quick question. Does KCC send a confirmation receipt that they got the forms sent by me? Mine were delivered 11th May, I sent them an email and they told me to wait from 2-4 weeks and ask again.

When do you guys ask for confirmation? Is it common to send and email or they send one first?

Yes they will send you an email confirming receipt of your documents and also they will inform of any missing document.

KCC does not send any confirmation on receipt of your documents. But you can send them a mail to ask for confirmation. It is best to send this mail a few weeks after sending your documents, as processing can take some time.

I sent my documents by courier, so that I had a confirmation of receipt and the name of the person who accepted the envelope.

I have send my documents by DHL, therefore, I know when they received it and by whom, however, I have sent KCC inquiry mail to confirm me the receipt, and they confirm me back after couple of days.
Remember to use your confirmation number, full name and birth date in your email to KCC.

Syrialord, it really depends on who answers your email. I sent it last monday and they told me they cannot confirm the receipt..... I have sent them by courier too but I want their confirmation. I will send an email again.

I have sent my documents via TNT on the 6th of May, but had a few questions later on to KCC including whether or not they recieved the documents i sent... i sent an email with the question, they answered all of them except for confirming the receipt of my docs! i sent an email again will let you know if they answer this time...

i have two questions please, hope you can help:

1- do you know how they will let us know about the interview date and time?
2- how soon before the interview should we issue the police certificate? i am from syria, but i moved to a neighboring country becuase of the unrest taking place in Syria, i need to know if they would accept a police certificate that is issued 4 or 5 months before the interview.

for question number 1: you will receive an email from KCC to check your status on DVlottery website, and there you will know the date of the interview.
for Question number 2: I am facing the same problem therefore, if you got any answer please let me know.

It happened the same with me, however, you should use the following format:
Case Number:2013XXXXXXXXX
Name: Last, First
Birthday: MM/DD/YYYY

Please note if you used different format than this they will rejected

the point i am confusing is where should i write my case number, name and date of birth. at the top of email, and also what should be the subject of the email. in my previous email I putted my name like this [First Name, Last Name], I think my problem is with miss placing of my name.

My subject on my email was DSP-122 form receipt confirmation. Body of email was the same as yours( name, fob and case number). Response received from serco contractor stated that I should wait 2-4 weeks to send email inquiries about the receipt. They went ahead and advised me to fill out the form mind you I clearly mentioned that I was asking them to confirm receipt of form and provide further instructions.

Hope you get a better response as the one I received did not provide any useful info.
