I checked the AVM last night and it\'s the same old message. There is nothing I can do about it so I will just keep waiting and may seek help from senator if I don\'t get approval within this month. How about you? Did you hear anything about your case? Do you plan to call TSC?

I have never tried using this form. I did fax to them several times, but only got a mail reply from them once. It took about 2 weeks. Honestly, I don\'t know if the fax would help, but there is no harm to try. BTW, the fax numbers on the form is for general inquiry, and (214)767-7654 is for I-485.

These days I am trying to fax atleast twice a week. Donno if it will help. But seems like my wife got FP notice because of the fax which i did in Nov/DEC.

What do you mean your wife got FP notice? Did you mean second FP? Didn\'t she have the 2FP on the same date as you? I really doubt if sending fax would speed up the process. I requested for my 2FP through fax in July, 01, but TSC\'s reply didn\'t say anything about it. I called them 2 months later to request the 2FP notice.
 
sending faxes helps

I was sending faxes initially for finger prints giving my name and A#.
I got the second finger print re-scheduled only for me.

They did not send it for my wife. Once I got the FP, I realised and sent a request for my wife. I got her FP scheduled in 2 weeks from that.

It is just a matter of who looks at your faxes.

To contact senator search for his website and contact them through the website. They would send a request for inquiry once you give them your details and explain to them that it has taken a long time.

For 2nd FP

I got my second FP notice in November. My wife\'s did not came. So I started sending faxes, as well as lawyer. Then I got it.
After that I slacked did not send faxes. Now for 2 to 3 weeks I have started sending it again.
