I have been trying to reach TSC line today. Tired whole day but am not able to get thro it.
Is there any issue with TSC line today.

Sorry that I can\'t help because I haven\'t called TSC today. However, I find Monday usually is harder to get through, same as any day after a holiday.

Were U guys able to talk to INS. I tried the whole day and could not get thro it.
Let me know there were any updates !!!
btw how do U guys call INS. Using some autodialer program or something like that ?
 
If you have a good phone ...

... that has a one touch redial button without having to press the talk button and then redial, then your chances are high. I usually try pressing redial repeatedly. Today I heard the ring once, but before I realized I was in, I pressed redial again by reflex and it was engaged ever since. I will try again tomorrow.
