question for all regarding pages to submit for PART A+B

Kabes,Thx for answering my earlier question regarding "place of issue".

So, I just filled out PART A online...was able to print out PART A + B. I notice that PART2 has instructions on page 3 at the end. The form is pretty messed up, I would not expect PART2 and instructions to be on the same page.
Anyhow, . What did you send , did you send all 6 pages to the consulate ? Or just PARTA +B ( page 1, 2, 3) with the partial instructions showing at the bottom ?

I sent part A (just one page), and I think 2 pages of part B.
The instructions say NOT to include the pages with the instructions after part B - but you are absolutely correct - the instructions begin on page 3 - right after your signature, so it looks kind of clutttered and clumsy. But that's ok, just dont send the pages after that !!

..for the help. couple more question, did you send the express envelope with your app or is it ok to send it when you send your US passport ? Also, they say require 3 photos, shud send the 3rd one seperately in an envelope? I see PARTA is required in duplicate..so 2 photos go there. Wondering where the heck the 3rd one goes. Thx !

I don't think you need to send an "express envelope" yet. In fact, if you have paid $15 more along with your $275 fee, they will take care of mailing it themselves when the OCI is granted.

AFAIK, they need 5 photos, not 3. Everywhere I have read says 5 (God only knows why - because they seem to be returning atleast 2 back to you).

The instructions clearly state that 2 of them to be pasted onto part A (in duplicate) and the remaining 3 to be stapled ("stappled", rather :-)) to part A of the first application - i.e. not the duplicate copy. The instructions even specify the "order" in which the documents have to be arranged and suggest that you don't change the order (for whatever it is worth) !!

Oh - and as far as I can remember, the instructions did specifically say - do NOT enclose the extra photos in a separate envelope, so suggest that you don't do that !!
