K3 Visa

Hi, Does anyone know if I should submit the form I-129F (for K3 visa) along with I-130 when I apply for my spouse or I should wait for some kind of acknowledgment from INS for I-130 and then submit I - 129F. Please advise. Thanks.

NOT I129F

I-129F is ONLY for the fiance(e). once you are married, you cannot be a fiance(e) for immigration purposes. the I-130 is the beginning of the process. look to the State Department website as they have a simple checklist for eligibility. more information on the INS website, too.
