I am a US citizen and my wife is currently in Toronto, Canada. I have submitted forms I 129f for a K3 visa. On the form I mentioned that they send the approval notice to the US Consulate in Toronto (on line 20 of the I129f). However, someone told me that the Toronto consulate does not process K3 visas and I should have wrote the Montreal Consulate . Is this true? if so, How do I notify INS to send the paperwork to the montreal consuate. Do I need to worry about this and will it slow the process?
