K3 visa application

I am a green card holder and currently filed I-130 for my wife 2 weeks back...I have applied for my citizenship a week back and I am expecting my citizenship to get in 4 months and after I get it, I want to upgrade my wifes petition status to IR. After I change it, Can I apply for K-3 visa for her?. I hope by the time I apply for K-3, I-130 will be approved by then...So is it worth to apply for K-3 or just do normal GC processing?...after NOA2 (approval for I-130), how long does the visa processing usually take to interview?.

In most cases, it makes best sense to just go for CR1/IR1 (spousal green card) visa.

It seems you are confusing K-1 with K-3 here. K-1s are quicker no doubt, but K-1 does not apply to the OP here. He is already married.

No K visa is better, CR1/IR1 will take more time to approve

so its is better to apply for IR1 rather than K-3 then.....what is the advantage of K-3 if it takes the same amount of time as CR1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
