Hi all,

My husband has applied for my K3 recently. When do we expect a receipt from the USCIS? How long before we get an approval? Also, I'd really appreciate if you guys could post your K3 interview experiences in Mumbai consulate. Thanks a bunch.

i SEND MY APPLICATION ON JULY 27, 2007 AND ON AUGUST 24, 2007 I RECIEVED NOA-- NOW I AM WAITING FOR THEM TO MAKE DECISION APPROVE IT OR DENIED

I-129F receipt received

Sent I-129F on Aug 1st, 2007 and got NOA I-797 on Aug 31st, 2007. It says fee waived.
 
hello!! i would like to know about k3 visa? is it to apply K3 rather than IR130 for now? i married american but it takes too long for IR130, we look for shorter months visa...tell me about k3 please!!! thanks

My husband filed for IR-130 for me last Sept. 2007 and he received the Notice of Action (Form 797) last Jan. 10, 2008. Right after he got the notice, he secondly filed for K3 Visa last Jan. 15,2008.. I'd like to ask if anyone here encounter this? how long to wait again? Please , thanks alot..

Spouses Of Us Citizen Who Used Ir-130/129-f

Hi Everyone,

My husband filed for IR-130 last Sept. 2007, He received the NOA (Form 797) last January 10,2008 and he filed the second petition which is the K3 Visa last Jan.15, 2008. someone tell me how long it will take again? he filed the IR-130 at Nebraska Service Center and he received the Notice of Action from California, and so he filed the K3 visa in California... please, is anyone could share something to me, thanks alot.. i miss my husband so much, and we both dont know when it will be finished the waiting...:(

hi

My husband has filed I-130 on 20 Septembar 2007 at California Service Centre, and he received receipt numer on 03 January 2008. Then he filed I-129F for K3 visa, and received receipt number for it on 12 February 2008.

Does anybody have any idea how long does it takes for me to get K3 visa?

i'm Lenita, and I am from Kosova (the newest state in the world :) )
