I'll apreciate any help, my wife is US citizen living in US, we been married over three years, we already started the immigration process for myself with the I-130 form, and I have received the approval notice, what i need to know is
- could apply for k3 visa? if so...
-how long is the process for the visa and work permitt?

It will take about 6-12 months to process a k-3 visa.
applying for k-3 visa will expedite your process in migrating here in u.s
after you arrived here you will go to immigration center and apply for work authorization that will cost you about $170 and then you go to social security office and apply for your social security number.
