my visa's were approved about 5 weeks ago now and im still waiting for my pack of information that they need from the embassy does anyone know how longs that normally takes?

The K-3 visa processing time varies with each individual's circumstances. Under normal circumstances, it takes around 3 to 5 months at the USCIS plus 2 to 3 months at the Consulates to process the K-3 visa.
 
thanks angela...... do u know how long it will be before i get the pack 3 tho? is that the 3- 5 months?
 
Beneficiary Interview

You have received 1st Notice of Action (NOA1). Later you'll receive 2nd Notice of Action (NOA2). Two weeks after you receive the NOA2, case Forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC). Verification of beneficiary medical interview and interview at the consulate, later beneficiary has Interview at U.S. Embassy takes another 1 month and so on..
