K3 - Location of Interview?

Hi, I got married in India (Baroda) when I was a G/C holder. Being a Canadian citizen, my wife was able to come to Canada (where she is right now). I live and work in the US - and just became a citizen.

If I apply for a K3 - will the interview come in India or in Canada for my wife? The application says where the marriage took place? Any ideas? Thanks.
 
My question is along the same lines. My fiance is Australian. She is coming
to visit on an I-94 VWP. Hopefully my I-129f will be approved quickly. Will
she have to go back to say, Sydney, for her interview. Or if on the petition
we list a U.S. Consulate in Canada, will that be ok?
