I have a quick question I do hope someone can shed a light.
I submitted my k1 visa application last January of 2023. I have the case number and it's in process.
My question is regarding IRS.
To make the story short, I owe IRS $4000 for 2022.
I have the money to pay it off but I was thinking to pay half and make a installment plan for the rest just to have an emergency funds if i needed cash to send to my fiancee.
Will it affect my application if I do this? I don't want to jeopardize my fiancee application with the USCIS.
