K1 Question - Is I-134 needed?

Hi everyone,
Do I need to file I-134 Affidavit of Support with the I-129? If not, when do I file it?

You will file the I-134 just before the interview, wait for the interview date.

Yep, the I-134 is needed for the interview.

What you could do though to speed up the process, is once you have the NOA2, you can begin to gather the evidence needed for this, such as last 3 years worth of tax transcripts, letter from employer etc...that way theres no panicking to gather everything once the interview date is set.
