I'm a naturalized US Citizen. I'm going to my home country soon. If I meet someone there and plan to marry her then what is the best way to bring her? Is it K1 or K3? I have no complication. Do I need a lawyer? I appreciate for any clarification or direction. Thanks,

Oh. I got confised when you said "home country". I was incorrectly assuming that a US citizen will use that term for the US.

K-1 visa will be quicker than K-3 or CR-1/IR-1 visa.

K1 if you get engaged and plan to wed her in america, if ur getting married and the visa application is to be post marriage, K3............. if you have money to throw away, the best lawyer in town
