K1 Emergency Leave.

Hello to all,

My Fiancé had an emergency and had to leave the States before getting Advance Parole, or getting married. Now the question is what do I have to do next? File I129 again? DO I have to go throw all the packages again? Or they will review my old stuff that they are holding???

How about the letter...I understand that I have to write an emergency letter explaining her leave - do I include this letter with the i-129 when I send it in? What’s the best way to approach this situation?

what is a multiple entry visa? if it was, I am sure she can use it again to reenter the country. You may want to ask your question in K-1 visa subforum. This is a exchange visitor J-1 visa subforum, and we may simply not know the specifics of K1 visa regulations.
