K Visa help!

Hi.. I am from India settled in USA, mine is an arranged marriage.. I am soon to be a US citizen, I would like to know the procedure to apply K visa. We have known each other for 6 months, but we never met each other as my fiance is in India. Did anyone apply for K visa for their finace who have met 2 years ago.. If so, please share with me what is the procedure.. some one told me that I have to be there for 60 days in order for me to apply?? is this true? please share or advice. thanks... reddy

The 60 days rule is if you filing I-130 for your spouse or parents fom India. In your case, since you not married yet, you need to apply for fiance visa.

what are the options I have so that I can apply for his visa in India or so that he can come to here asap
