K-Visa and L-Visa

I have a couple of questions.
1> If my gf comes to USA in L1 visa (from her company) can I apply for her K1 (fiance visa) when she is here?
2>After our marriage in her home country, I will apply for her K3 visa. When it is in progress, can her company apply L1 visa for her?

A1: No K-1 for you.
A2: No K-3 either. After marrying her, you can apply for L-2.

Let me restate my questions
1> I'm a US citizen. My gf is in India. She can come to USA in L1 visa from her company. When she is here, can I apply for K1(fiance) visa? I understand she has to go back to India to get her K1 visa.
2> If we get married in India, I will apply for K3 (spouse) visa. But when K3 is process, can her company apply L1 visa for her?

That makes a huge difference, you being a citizen :)

A1: Yes, you can apply for her K-1 while she is here on L-1. However, L-1 is dual intent. Just marry her an apply for AOS.
A2: Her company can sponsor her for L-1 while you are sponsoring her for K-3. Best route is still #1 stated above.
