K-3 ; loss of legal status

Hi,

I am in US on K3 visa. Our marriage didnt work and we got divorced. My visa has been expired and have been to court for removal proceedings. I got another hearing date. I am currently dating a US citizen. Can I re-marry here in America and change my status? I can provide more detail, if needed.

I believe there is nothing stopping you from filing an I-485 if you marry your current boyfriend. However since you are already in removal proceedings, you need a competent attorney, and not this forum, to sort out your options.
