I will be a US Citizen in a week, I want to prepare all the paper work to apply for the petition for my alien Fiancé, so I was wondering what documents I’ll need to send with I-129F, G-325A (by US citizen) and G-325A (alien Fiancé)?

This is to get petition approve.

I will submitting these forms to Nebraska Service Center, so if any one willing to share their timelines will be helpful to me others
Thank you

I am a Canadian citizen waiting for my K1 Visa Interview. We hired an immigration lawyer and filed our K1 Petition through the Nebraska service centre on July 29/05. It was approved on September 19/05. It was MUCH faster than we expected. Now I am waiting for my interview date. Don't know how long that will take though. Hope this helps you!

For K-1 fiancee visa application, you need also file USCIS Form I-134 for the Affidavit of Support, and provide adequate financial support evidence. The other requirements for the K-1 fiancé(e) visa include:

The alien fiancé(e) must be outside the U.S.;

The U.S. citizen must file an I-129F petition with the USCIS, and have it approved before the alien fiancé(e) may apply for a K-1 visa;

Both the U.S. citizen and the alien fiancé(e) must remain unmarried until the arrival of the alien fiancé(e) in the U.S.;

The alien fiancé(e) and U.S. citizen must have met personally at least once in the two years before the visa petition was filed. - see: http://www.greencardfamily.com/k1visa/k1visa_requirement.htm

The instructions for the I-129F itself plus the USCIS guide to filing the petition is incomplete IMO as they are very broad instructions when it comes to the documentation and evidence that should be submitted to support your application. Why are they broad? Because not every case is the same. Circumstances vary and what needs to be submitted aside from what is required to be submitted, will vary. You can get a very good idea of what to submit by having a read of the GUIDELINES FOR THE FILING OF THE 1-129F PETITION FOR A FIANCE(E) BY A US CITIZEN

Please be wary of the post above mine as on looking at the website posted, it has forms for download at a price. USCIS forms are AVAILABLE FREE. Looks like it is a pay service with only limited broad free information grrrrrrrr and not an immigration attorney mentioned on the site.
