Am unable to find I-129F processing times for TSC...Is it true all I-129F applications will be moved to CSC for approval?
I was looking at the CSC processing timeline and it says 08/21/06 as of 02/22/07. I thought K-1 was easier than K-3 but with this backlog it doesn't look anymore appealing..
