K-1 or I-130

On average, the I-130 is the quickest route....reason being that the CR1/IR1 route allows the foreign spouse to become a PR immediately upon entry to the US (time from application to visa in hand is, on average 8-12 months).
With the K1, you need to petition for and get the visa (approx 6-10 months), enter the US, get married (depending on how quickly you get married and how quickly you will get your marriage certificate will dictate how long this process takes), then wait for GC after sending of AOS application (approx 6-12 months).
The advantage of the K1 though is that provided you meet the requirements, you can apply for a K1 NOW...whereas with the CR1/IR1, a considerable amount of time may be spent prior to application before you are able to meet and actually get married. Though if you're just wanting the time to GC from the time both the K1 and I-130 petitions are submitted, then the I-130 'usually' wins hands down.
