K-1 Fiance Visa & Work Visa?

Hello.

I am currently in the process of getting my K-1 Fiance Visa sent out to California [I live in CA] for my fiance, who is in Germany.

I am trying to figure out if I will need to get a Work Visa for him as well for him to be able to work here?

I have searched and searched for an answer to this and have not had any luck. So, I am very sorry if this is miscategorized.

His K-1 I-94 will give him 90 days of work authorization. He will need to then apply for an AOS based EAD to continue working beyond that.

I am trying to figure out if I will need to get a Work Visa for him as well for him to be able to work here?
