My fiance and I are frantic. Ok basically I resigned from my job to see her and I did not have employment letter. I got the employment letter stating my last day was the 25th since I am about to go see her and I have a new job when I get back. I got an employment letter from the new job saying it will begin shortly after I return to USA.
I have plenty of proof i was employed this year, including W2, pay stub etc...so far I have made 24k this year.
The new job pays about 23 k only its a temporary job but I wont tell them that.
Anyway, I air mailed this stuff to my fiance to bring to the embassy.
Will this be adequate? Will they deny my application?
They told her they needed proof of 2009 income which I think I provided, and they said they needed employment letter, I sent two?
Is this adequate?
