My attorney just called to let me know that my 485 is approved.
VSC/EB2/RD-01-20-99/ND-02-08-99/FP 06-99.

for some of Jan/Feb99. Just wait and keep faith. your approval is
just around the corner. BTW message did not changed yet.

attorney also recd. my wife\'s FP redo notice. Her application will be
approved after FP clearence.

I know wait is pain. but this is part of whole process of getting there!
paitence is very important.

Anyhow.This board was more up-to-date then IIOs or any other source of
information. Wait time is improving now so hopefully you all don\'t have
to wait for long as we did!

My wife is waiting for redo FL notice. My up went OK because I called FIB to check. I\'m march 99 and country other/ no Labor. You mean that your case was approved even though your wife\'s FL needed to be redo?. If this is the case I guess my approval is coming up shortly.

INS treats each case saparately so hopefully they won\'t tie you up
with your wife\'s FP-REDO! Unless you have some specific situation,
yours should be approved within a month or so and your wife should
get FP-REDO notice at the same time...!

Was your case under review before you heard of your approval? My details : RD2/22/99, ND3/9/99. EB2. when last called IIO, it was under review.

when I called IIO 2 weeks back, Branda told me that wait for 6 more months! So not sure if case was under review before
approval (although I was assuming it was..;-)
