Hi folks,
I was just wondering if anybody knows what the official reason for multiple finger priniting is?
It is quite obvious to anyone that one's finger prints do not change so why do we need multiple figer prints every 15 months or so? (collecting fees is probably why they do it, BUT that cannot be the OFFICIAL reason).
