Just to make sure, to update my address I need to:
-Fill out form AR-11 and
-Call USCIS

Does my husband need to do anything to update his?

When we filed all the paperwork we put my in-laws address since my husband was living with them and I was still going to school in a different state. Where it asks for my last address, should I put the last place where I lived (as stated in G-325 form) or my in-laws address (which we put in every other form)?

Thanks!!

Yes, do both AR11 and call that service number. I'm not sure about your husband, is he (co)sponsoring you? Because then he has to call to change his address too. The AR11 is just for aliens, so I think a call would do.

As for the address on the form, I would give them the last address where you lived, so the one on your G-325.
I think the phone call is the most important thing, make sure they write it down correctly, so you will get all the letters they are going to send you in the future.

Good luck for your interview preparations! :)
