I just talked to an IIO and she told me that my case is with in the time frame that VSC is procesing and will here some thing about my case with in 30 days. What does this mean does it mean the case with an officer or it will take up to 30 days to assign to an officer ?. any replies would be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

I hope you are EB2. If so, it means your case is being reviewed. Hope for the best. Good luck.

I don\'t think that review means that it is with an officer. My details EB2, ND 04/00. And I had called an IIO in the first week of May, and he told me that my case was under review. It has been a month and still it is under review. You can guess for yourself !!

I agree that "under review" is different from "assigned to
an officer". My case has been "under review" for over one
month and just the day before yesterday it is "assigned to
an officer"!

First my case was under \'Received\' status. Then it was assigned to an Officer. When my lawyer called she got the news that I have been issued RFE. I am yet to receive the letter.

This info is just an FYI to give an idea since your RD is in the same time frame as mine.

My Details: RD 04/00 FP 10/00 EB2 RIR
