I talked to VSC IIO just now. My case is said to be ready to go to an IIO. It is NOT with IIO yet. It will be another 90 days, depending on whether additional information is needed. The IIO is nice but not really helpful. I was on hold for nearly two hours yesterday and they closed at 4:00. Today I dialed probably 30 times and I got through.
