guys, I just talked to IIO, my RD is Mar. 01, RFE was received by INS in June, 01, FP done 4 weeks ago, I said why my AVM never changed since June, she said they received my FP in early Feb, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the system to update the info, and the case is ready to ajudicate now, she also said, the AVM will be updated when the officer pick up the case (maybe get assigned), so that measns, usually after 2-3 weeks of FP, your case is assigned (my guess). hope this info. helps to those guys who posted questions about why AVM never changed, probably because it is not 3 weeks yet?

I hope what you were told is true. I did the FP in Nov,2001.I called
sevaral days ago and a IIO said that my case was not assigned
to the case officer yet. I am confused.
Hope we all get good news soon. thank you for sharing the info.

My Case is assigned to officer on Jan 30th

RD - 4/23
FP - 10/30
AVM - \'Dec 29 th FP received ..................\'

Confirmed with IIO two times. Waiting for approval.
 
spoke to IIO

she said your case is pending
your fp details have not come
so I told her that my fp was done in November so she checked another system and said yes - the fp has come and is in another system and it looks okay.

I guess it is still stuck in another system and has not made it to the main system.

She said she is not allowed to give me my wife\'s details but could do so only if she spoke to her

she gave me my daughters details after I gave her the A number and date of birth.

I asked her if my case was assigned and she said no they were not allowed to give that information any more.

My case details are
fp done on november 27 or 29 th
avm pending review december 6th
