Just Talked to IIO for Address Change!!

Talked to a nice IIO lady. My details are RD:06/20/01 ND:08/13/01 FP:12/31/01. AVM says FP results received on Jan 17th and processing resumed....
Here\'s how the conversation went.
IIO: How can I help you?
Me: want change the address on my & my spouses application.
IIO: What is your receipt# or A#?
Me :provided the receipt number.
IIO: Pleae verify your name.
ME: Provided the name.
IIO: What is the new address?
ME: Provided the info.
IIO: LEt me verify your address.
IIO: What is your wife\'s receipt number?
Me: Provided the info.
IIO: Gives My wifes Name.
ME: Correct.
IIO: Changes the address.
ME: IS everthing else okay on the application.
IIO: Everything Looks great.
IIO: Actually your cases are assigned to an officer.
ME: Thank you! and have a wonderful weekend.
IIO: You too.

I know you are one of 6er club. It is good news that your cases are be processing now. Look like VSC is still processing 4/5/6 cases. Wish you good luck. I belive you will get your approval VERY soon.

Hey Great to hear u\'r case has been resumed.

Can you please tell how do I contact the IIO Because I have a similar problem.

I mean what time or is there any other way to contact them.Becuase everytime I try that number I get an engaged tone.

U\'r help will be greatly appreciated.
