EB2 , ND 02/08/2000, asked her the status of my application. She said that the application is in review.
Any ideas ....how much time a review takes. Although I know, it is difficult to predict anything when it comes to INS.

Still comments will be appreciated!

It will be approved at any time. Same thing they told me when i called on 20th of this month and it got approved on 26th.

Well, may not be true anymore... I was told by IIO last week the same and there\'s no movement yet... It\'s just a week past and I\'ll give it one more week and see what\'s up.. my ND 02/22, EB3/India.

Lastweek, I was told by IIO my case was in review. And it got approved on 4/26/2000.

Same here. After being told that my case in the review area, it got approved in about 2 weeks time. So hang in there and you should be approved soon.

Same here. Called IIO today. Was told case under review, officer get it on 04/27/01.
