Just talked to an IIO

Just called and spoke with an officer, she told me that though my case has not been assigned to the IIO yet, but based on the database, she said, the lastest case of resume date (AVM message "case resumed..." date) which has been assigned to IIO is early January. My case was resumed on Jan. 28, so she said that it should not take very long.

Hope she is right about what she said.

My case info:
ND: November 23, 2001
FP: Jan 5, 2002
AVM message: "...finger printing collected on Jan 15, 2002"
AVM message: "...finger printing received and case is resumed on Jan 18, 2002"

How did you guys check if one I-485 case has been assigned to some examiner/officer??

My case has been pending for 11 months.
