Just talked to an IIO

Just talked to an IIO and she was defenately an Indian, being an Indian I think I knew. I asked her about my AP and the answer was it is being assigned to office last week. When I called on july 2 I was told it was assigned to an officer on june 12. I asked her if she knew anything about fingure priniting issued to me or not.She said she can\'t find that out and it better if I get it late as right now they are processing cases for 1/1/98 so it\'s "Blessing in disgiuse" for me.

Any comments any body???
