AM did not change, same "it is taking between 365 to 540 days ...."
 
She was very courteous. She told me they need some more information regarding this case (she does not know what kind of information is being asked). A letter will be sent to attorney next week, due to backlog in the office it is taking long.

Can someone help, me what kind of information they usually ask?

spoke to iio tue, my nd is oct 99 as well. same message: will send rfe but mail backlog means you will receive letter in 2-3 weeks.
